TA Intern – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
  • Support in job posting on job portals, social media platforms, and internal referral channels.
  • Screen resumes as per job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate databases accurately.
  • Assist in offer rollouts, including offer documentation, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
  • Support pre-joining formalities, documentation collection, and candidate engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring approvals and feedback.
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment MIS reports and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Adhere to company HR policies, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
  • Support additional HR initiatives as assigned by the TA team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
