Job Summary

The HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Maintain recruitment databases

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain employee files and HR databases
  • Update personal, attendance, and payroll records
  • Prepare offer letters, joining letters, and ID cards

3. Onboarding & Training

  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Help prepare induction materials
  • Support training sessions and workshops

4. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Track attendance and leave records
  • Assist in payroll data preparation
  • Help with salary slips and employee queries

5. HR Operations

  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR data

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in HR, Business, or Management
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Good communication skills
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn

Job Type: Internship
