Job Summary
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, documentation, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain recruitment databases
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR databases
- Update personal, attendance, and payroll records
- Prepare offer letters, joining letters, and ID cards
3. Onboarding & Training
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Help prepare induction materials
- Support training sessions and workshops
4. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Track attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll data preparation
- Help with salary slips and employee queries
5. HR Operations
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Support employee engagement activities
- Maintain confidentiality of HR data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in HR, Business, or Management
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Good communication skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn
