HR Intern

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (or nearby areas)
Timings: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday
Internship Duration: 6 Weeks (Paid Internship)

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Fresh graduates or early-career candidates

Job Description

The HR Intern will support the HR team in daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including CV screening and candidate coordination
  • Support HR operations and maintain employee and candidate records
  • Assist in interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Prepare basic HR documentation and reports
  • Support day-to-day administrative HR tasks

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of Human Resource functions
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
  • Professional attitude and time-management skills
