Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Coordinate and manage HR documentation and policy compliance.
- Work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day HR operations.
