About the Internship

This is not a theoretical or observation-only internship. You will actively work on building HR processes from scratch, supporting recruitment, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and candidates. If you are proactive, communicative, and eager to learn how HR truly functions in a startup, this internship will give you strong exposure and ownership.
Candidates who expect rigid processes, step-by-step hand-holding, or limited responsibility may find this role challenging.
Who Should Apply

Educational Background
- Pursuing or completed BBA / BCom / Business or Commerce degree
- MBA – HR / PGDM – HR (completed or pursuing) is a strong plus
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and clients
- Support in setting up HR processes and SOPs suitable for a startup environment
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
- Draft emails, messages, and basic HR communication
- Assist in onboarding documentation and coordination
- Support day-to-day HR operational activities as required
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Willingness to talk to candidates and clients confidently
- Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment concepts is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
- Proactive attitude and learning mindset
