We’re looking for a curious, proactive HR Intern / early-career HR professional who’s excited to learn by doing, take ownership early, and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:
Be part of the end-to-end recruitment journey – job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
Support onboarding & offboarding, helping new hires feel welcomed from Day 1.
Maintain and organize employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in shaping and rolling out HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Help plan and execute employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives.
Collaborate on HR projects, audits, and internal initiatives.
Act as a people-first point of support across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 months of experience in HR, people operations, or internships
Education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication skills
Organized and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
A sense of ownership - taking initiative.
