We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern – Operations to support our Human Resources team with daily administrative and operational activities. This role focuses on HR documentation, data management, and process support. The intern will play an important role in ensuring accurate records, smooth HR operations, and efficient internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and organize employee records and HR files (digital and physical)
  • Accurately update HR databases, trackers, and internal systems
  • Assist with employee documentation and exit formalities
  • Support attendance, leave, and basic payroll data coordination
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for routine HR operational requirements
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Eligibility & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Good communication and willingness to learn

5k-10k depending upon the interview.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
