Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support HR documentation and employee records
- Assist in onboarding and engagement activities
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and MIS
- Support day-to-day HR operations as assigned
- Work towards defined OKRs and performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment is an advantage

Internship Duration & Stipend Structure
- Initial Internship: 1 to 3 months – Unpaid
- Performance-Based Paid Internship: Additional 1 to 3 months (based on OKRs and performance)
- Full-Time Opportunity: Post-internship conversion
