Internship Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations. This internship is ideal for MBA HR students or recent graduates who want practical experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, and Training Coordination within a fast-paced technology startup.

Eligibility & Skills

• MBA (HR / HRM / Personnel Management) from a recognized institution (completed or pursuing)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Basic aptitude for data handling and reporting
• Willingness to explore and suggest new tools for process improvement
• Interest in technology hiring / IT industry recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring and candidate sourcing
• Assist with job postings and recruitment tracking
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Support training coordination and maintain records
• Help with HR documentation, engagement activities, and reports

Exposure to end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing AI SaaS company.
