Job Description
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support HR administration, including filing and document management
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Help coordinate training programs and internal company activities
- Support attendance tracking and HR reporting
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for an internship period of 3–6 months
