Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description:

The HR Intern will support the HR Department in day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ESIC and EPF documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Manage and update biometric attendance records and coordinate with departments for corrections.
  • Assist in onboarding activities such as document verification, joining formalities, and employee file creation.
  • Support exit formalities, including resignation documentation, clearance process, and exit records.
  • Maintain HR files, registers, and basic MIS reports as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor compliance (ESIC, EPF).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
