Job Description:
Position Purpose:

The HR-Intern is responsible for providing essential support to the Human Resources department to ensure smooth daily operations. By assisting with maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives, this role ensures an organized workplace and contributes to a high-performance environment for the entire I&K team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Assisting in Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Compiling HR reports and documents as needed.

  • Confidentiality: Must be able to handle sensitive employee information with the highest discretion.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Team Player: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within the HR department.
  • Professionalism: Maintains a professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
  • Eagerness to Learn and Grow: Demonstrates a strong enthusiasm and commitment to developing a career in the Human Resources field.

Qualification:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 0 - 6 months (Fresher)
