Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MBA graduate to join our HR team as an intern. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes & calling candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Help organize and coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in employee relations and resolving basic HR-related issues.
• Assist in data entry and analysis for HR metrics and reports.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
