This internship is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement — all in one role.

You won’t just observe.
You’ll actually work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with founders and hiring managers
• Assisting in onboarding and employee documentation
• Supporting HR compliance and reporting
• Helping plan engagement activities and internal initiatives
• Learning performance management basics

Who Should Apply?

• HR / Psychology / Management students (Graduate or pursuing)
• Someone who wants to build a career in HR
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Ready to commit full-time for 6 months
