Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Iskcon, Ahmedabad
Time: 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to support our HR team across various functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR activities, making it an excellent opportunity to learn and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
• Help in maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and files.
• Provide support in compliance documentation and HR reports.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including communication, coordination, and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• A proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn mindset.
