Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining attendance records
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in BCOM, BBA, MBA, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
