Job Title: HR Intern (6 Months – Confirmation Based)

Duration: 6 Months Internship (Performance-Based Confirmation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship program. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities. Based on performance and business requirements, the candidate may be considered for confirmation as a full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Major Focus)

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings

HR Operations (Support Role)

  • Assist in onboarding and documentation process
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support attendance and leave management tracking
  • Assist in employee engagement activities
  • Help in preparing HR reports and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Completed) / Graduate with HR interest
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Immediate joiner preferred
