HR Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and eager to gain practical HR experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help prepare HR reports and presentations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
