Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at CareerNaksha, you will:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting follow-ups.
• Maintain HR records and update employee databases.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new interns and employees.
• Help organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and documentation.
• Draft offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
• Contribute to performance tracking and feedback management processes.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
• Interest in career counseling, education, or the startup ecosystem is a plus.
