The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining HR records. The role also involves assisting with employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and basic HR operations. The intern will help ensure smooth communication between management and staff while gaining practical exposure to HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR data, records, and reports
  • Help with attendance and basic HR operations
  • Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and emails
  • Willingness to learn and support HR operations
  • Must have their own Laptop
