HR Intern

At Stratagyn, we all come with different backgrounds and interests, but our passion and commitment towards our work and clients are universal. We strive for trusted partnerships and lifelong bonds with our clients through our consistency at work. If you draw a commonality here, we will be happy to hear from you.

As a Stratagyn Consultant, you will either be working on multiple projects or handling the entire HR for client(s). You’ll play a pivotal role in the assignment you work on, and will influence all HR initiatives and ideas at the client’s site.

To thrive here, you need a balance of IQ and EQ, the ability to think critically, communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and stay agile in unexpected situations. Curiosity and a keen understanding of the evolving HR landscape are essential.

You’ll be part of a team that doesn’t just challenge you; we inspire, support, and celebrate your personal and professional growth.

If you enjoy solving problems, love turning ideas into action, and genuinely care about people, we’d be happy to hear from you. Connect with us at reachus@stratagyn.com
