Job Title: HR Intern. Want to explore how recruitment and employee engagement work in the real world? Join The Rescue Federation as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in people management and HR operations that help shape a positive workplace culture! What you'll do: Assist in end-to-end recruitment tasks: sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring progress. Draft job descriptions and post openings across job portals and social media. Help conduct onboarding sessions for new interns/employees. Support daily HR operations, documentation, and data entry. Assist in performance review activities and feedback collection. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. Who can apply: Freshers or students interested in starting a career in Human Resources. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Interest or basic experience in hiring, communication, or employee engagement. Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment.
