HR Intern

NEXDEER Private Limited is offering HR Internships for candidates who are serious about building a career in Human Resources.

This is an unpaid internship that can lead to a full-time paid position based on performance.

Who Should Apply:

• Best suited for beginners who want practical experience and are ready to commit fully for 2–3 months

Internship Details:

• Duration: 2–3 Months
• Shift: Morning & Evening shifts available
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Type: Onsite only (No remote / No work from home)

Office Location:

Shalimar Colony, Street # 17, Multan

What You Will Work On:

• Managing recruitment pipelines and candidate coordination
• Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Scheduling and assisting in interviews
• Supporting onboarding and documentation
• Assisting in employee engagement activities
• Handling basic HR operations and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Assist in onboarding new hires
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Provide general HR and administrative support

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of HR principles and processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Able to use and understand AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools
• Fresh graduates or final-year students (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
• Ability to work onsite full-time

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Understanding of hiring for digital marketing or tech roles
• Previous HR or admin internship experience
• Any relevant academic or internship experience will be a plus
