Essential Duties

Assist with building, updating, and organizing training content within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Support the creation and formatting of training materials, presentations, SOPs, work instructions, and learning documents.

Assist with uploading, assigning, and tracking training courses and employee completion records within the LMS.

Collaborate with HR and operational departments to gather information and develop training content that supports business and compliance needs.

Support onboarding and training initiatives by helping coordinate training schedules, materials, and employee communications.

Review training materials for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

Assist with training audits, documentation updates, and reporting activities.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and training records.

Provide administrative support for HR and training-related projects as assigned.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
