Job Summary

As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, contributing to the overall success of the HR department. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn about human resources practices and policies in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support HR team in maintaining employee records and databases
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives
  • Aid in conducting research on HR trends and best practices
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks
  • Help organize training and development programs
  • Support employee relations activities
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR programs and policies

Skills

  • Familiarity with HR concepts such as FMLA and workers compensation
  • Proficiency in HR software like Dayforce, SAP, or ATS systems
  • Knowledge of succession planning and human capital management
  • Understanding of workforce management principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
