Internship Overview

We are offering a 3-month HR Internship for motivated and enthusiastic candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources. This internship provides hands-on HR experience and may lead to a full-time HR role based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist in HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Help with employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
