Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in HR operations and payroll-related tasks. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want to gain practical experience in HR administration while developing professional skills in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR operations with daily administrative tasks
  • Help track employee attendance and leave records
  • Assist in preparing payroll data and verifying employee information
  • Maintain organized HR files and records
  • Support the HR team in updating HR databases and reports
  • Assist in coordinating internal HR processes and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, BBA, or Mathematics is preferred
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and payroll processes
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
