Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Help maintain employee records and ensure HR database accuracy
- Support onboarding activities for new hires (preparing documents, orientation coordination, etc.)
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and prepare reports as needed
- Provide administrative support to the HR team (filing, data entry, correspondence)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
