The HR Intern will support the Human Resources function by assisting in HR operations, compensation and benefits administration, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and general HR coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes and ensures smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR databases
- Support daily HR operational tasks and coordination
- Ensure documentation compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required
Compensation & Benefits
- Support the HR team in payroll coordination by collecting and verifying employee data
- Assist in maintaining records related to salary structures, allowances, deductions, and benefits
- Coordinate with employees for benefits-related queries and documentation
Employee On-boarding
- Assist in end-to-end employee on-boarding, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system entries
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee setup (ID cards, email access, etc.)
- Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires
Employee Off-boarding
- Support exit formalities, including clearance coordination and documentation
- Assist in updating exit records and maintaining offboarding checklists
- Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for final settlement processing
HR Support & Coordination
- Assist in organizing training sessions, engagement activities, and HR initiatives
- Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support audits, inspections, and internal HR reviews when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or students in the final year are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employment life cycle
Stipend:
25K per month (during the internship)
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Office Timings: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Sat) with alternate Saturday Off
