Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible HR Intern cum Placement Officer to support our HR department and placement activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and handle responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain trainees records HR documentation.
• Support HR operations such as onboarding, induction, and training coordination.
• Handle basic employee queries and support HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with companies for internship and job opportunities for students.
• Maintain and update student placement data and profiles.
• Communicate placement-related information to students and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in conducting placement drives, interviews, and briefing sessions.
• Build and maintain strong industry contacts to improve placement opportunities.

Skills & Qualities Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
