HR Intern – Recruitment (Noida Sector 58)

We are hiring a HR Intern – Recruitment for our office located in Sector 58, Noida. This is a 3-month paid internship designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure in HR recruitment and coordination.

This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates, final-year students, or candidates with basic HR knowledge who have good communication skills and are eager to learn.

Internship Details

• Position: HR Intern – Recruitment
• Location: Sector 58, Noida (On-site)
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (Fixed)
• Internship Type: Paid Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
• Screening resumes from job portals
• Calling and coordinating with candidates
• Scheduling interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Maintaining recruitment data and reports
• Supporting daily HR operations and documentation

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation preferred (any stream)
• Candidates with basic HR or recruitment knowledge will be an advantage
• Freshers can apply
• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices
• Ability to work from office at Noida Sector 58

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR/recruitment (preferred)
• MS Excel / basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and learning mindset
