Responsibilities:
The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team at Willow Bridge Property Company through the recruiting lifecycle. Duties will include firsthand experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants. Additionally, the HR Intern will assist candidates through their job offer, pre-employment, and onboarding process. The position will also include opportunity to partner with additional teams employee development and talent management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a paid internship and is fully remote/virtual, approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Principal Duties

Manage sourcing for multiple job postings using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed)

Screen applications and resumes assessing candidate viability. Progress viable candidates through the process and disposition non-viable candidates

Assist in interviewing candidates virtually for various positions

Communicate with candidates verbally and through email

Education
Preferred Level: Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree (or in-progress)
