HR International Recruiter - Female

We are looking for an experienced Female International Recruiter to spearhead our global talent acquisition efforts. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing elite talent across multiple countries and time zones to support our rapid global expansion. The ideal candidate understands global market trends, possesses exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and is well-versed in navigating international hiring compliance, visas, and work permits.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Sourcing: Proactively identify and source passive international talent using global job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, localized platforms), and niche expat talent communities.
• Full-Cycle Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial video evaluations, and assess candidates for technical alignment, language proficiency, and cross-cultural adaptability.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company globally at virtual international job fairs and maintain an inclusive, welcoming employer brand for global applicants.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, specifically handling cross-border or international talent pools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and global sourcing methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-cultural empathy, negotiation skills, and communication fluid enough to handle diverse backgrounds.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required
