Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance and leave management
- Support onboarding and employee coordination activities
- Assist HR team in daily administrative tasks
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled in HR, BBA, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Professional appearance and behavior
