Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Job Type: Internship (3 Months, with the possibility of a permanent role)
Timings: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and can lead to a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support new hire onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations for HR activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (final year students are not eligible).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
