HR Internship

Position Objective: The objective of an HR Intern is to gain practical experience and hands-on training in various aspects of human resources. By assisting HR professionals with recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, the intern aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Requirements: Degree in HR related subjects

Job Description:

Mission 1: Completion of HR Files

This position is responsible for:

• Complete files of all ACF staff
• Verify that all the documents are present in each employee’s file
• Audit all personnel files and prepare a sheet for missing documents
• Check and keep record of employee leaves.
• Manual Attendance sheet record check for temp and volunteer staff.
• Longlisting of employees as per their JD.
• Interview invitation calls for candidates.

Mission 2: Scanning of HR Files

This position is responsible for:

• Preparation of separate folders for each sites
• Against each sites, make separate folders for each employee
• Prepare folder inside each staff folder for each category ensuring that all the documents are of good quality scan.
• Converting all the files in PDF format.

Mission 3 : Ensure compliance with ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies

This position is responsible for:

• Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
• Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
• Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability
