Job Description:

Redix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a product-based tech environment.

As an HR Intern, you will assist in daily HR operations including recruitment, employee coordination, and HR documentation, while gaining hands-on experience in real-world HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Assist in drafting HR documents (offer letters, contracts, policies)
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
