Job Summary:
We are looking for an MBA (HR) Intern to support our Human Resources team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, and HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR processes and an opportunity to work in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Support in organizing walk-in interviews and campus hiring drives.
- Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
- Help in conducting employee engagement activities, surveys, and events.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and induction programs.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs for employees.
- Gather feedback from employees to improve training programs.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Payroll & Compensation Support: (If applicable)
- Assist in processing attendance, leave management, and payroll-related tasks.
- Help in managing employee benefits and resolving payroll queries.
- HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, employee performance, and retention.
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Must have Laptop
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, labor laws, and HR analytics is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
