Job Summary:
Support HR department remotely in daily HR operations, recruitment, data management & coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates through portals/social platforms.
  • Coordinate telephonic interviews & schedule discussions with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, MIS sheets & HR databases.
  • Support onboarding coordination, documentation & follow-ups.
  • Assist HR in basic HR operations, communication, emails & reporting.
  • Handle daily HR activities assigned by manager.

Profile Requirements:

  • Pursuing / Completed MBA HR or related stream.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR domain & Excel.
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to manage work independently from home.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
