DuckTale IT Services is actively hiring for a HR Recruiter.

Roles:

  • Sourcing Candidates – Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening and Shortlisting – Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Scheduling Interviews – Arrange interviews between candidates and the relevant team members.
  • Candidate Engagement – Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Reporting – Maintain recruitment metrics, track the hiring pipeline, and generate reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience – 1–3 years in recruitment or HR (can vary by role).
