Role: HR Recruiter

Experience: 3–5 Years

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Especially Excel for data handling and reporting.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process – Strong understanding of Oracle-based recruitment platforms for sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Job Portals & Social Media Hiring – Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
  • Reporting & Tracking – Skilled in maintaining recruitment trackers and generating MIS reports.

Additional Skills:

  • ATS Tools – Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Bulk Hiring Experience – Exposure to high-volume hiring drives.
  • HR Compliance – Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment-related compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
