HR Licensing Officer

Elite Medical Center- Qatar is looking for the following candidate:

Job Summary

The HR Medical Licensing Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance of medical and clinical staff. This role ensures that all healthcare professionals meet legal, professional, and organizational requirements to practice, while supporting HR operations and regulatory audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end medical licensing and credentialing process for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Ensure compliance with local health authorities, medical councils, and regulatory bodies
• Track license renewals, expirations, and required documentation
• Liaise with government agencies, licensing authorities, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee licensing records and databases
• Support onboarding by verifying credentials, qualifications, and certifications
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews
• Advise staff and management on licensing requirements, policies, and updates
• Assist with other HR administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, within the Healthcare sector.
