Position: HR Generalist Male
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai
Salary: Upto ₹3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Support HR audits and statutory documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates must reside within 15 km of Thousand Lights, Chennai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
