Job Title: HR Management Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional HR Management Trainer to deliver effective training sessions on human resource management principles, policies, and best practices. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training modules, enhancing participants’ HR skills, and ensuring industry-relevant learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on HR concepts, including recruitment, performance management, labor laws, and employee relations.

Design and update training materials and assessments.

Evaluate participants’ progress and provide feedback.

Stay updated with current HR trends and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.

Proven experience in HR training or management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
