Role Overview:
We are seeking HR Management Trainee to support our HR team in executing core HR functions, learning best practices, and contributing to people-focused initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow into HR leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and coordination
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Help maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
- Participate in training and development programs to gain exposure to HR operations
- Support HR analytics and reporting using Excel and other tools
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1–3 years of HR or relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and HR analytics
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment
