HR Management Trainee

Role Overview:

We are seeking HR Management Trainee to support our HR team in executing core HR functions, learning best practices, and contributing to people-focused initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow into HR leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and coordination
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Help maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation
  • Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
  • Participate in training and development programs to gain exposure to HR operations
  • Support HR analytics and reporting using Excel and other tools

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of HR or relevant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel for reporting and HR analytics
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment
