HR Hotel Manager Duties (Including PRO Tasks)

HR Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

– Posting jobs, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff.

  • Employee Relations

– Handling grievances, maintaining morale, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Training & Development

– Organizing training sessions and monitoring staff performance.

  • Payroll & Attendance

– Managing salaries, attendance, leave, and benefits.

  • HR Policies & Compliance

– Ensuring labor law compliance and updating internal HR policies.

  • Performance Management

– Conducting evaluations and supporting departmental goals.

PRO Responsibilities:

  • Government Liaison

– Handling visas, labor permits, and immigration formalities.

  • Legal & Document Processing

– Submitting official documents, renewing licenses, and dealing with ministries and UAE government bodies as needed

  • External Relations

– Representing the hotel with public authorities and ensuring legal compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • UAE Hotel: 5 years (Required)
  • HR Manager: 10 years (Required)
  • PRO Manager: 5 years (Required)
