The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources functions in the fast-paced construction industry based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategies that support our business goals, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent. - Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. - Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills. - Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts effectively. - Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures. - Partner with management to cultivate a strong organizational culture and promote employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction industry. - In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices in the UAE. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
