HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the Dubai real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and building teams specifically within real estate brokerages and development firms.

Your role will focus on:

• Identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals (brokers, sales agents, property consultants, and support staff).
• Using innovative sourcing methods to bring in high-quality candidates.
• Ensuring smooth recruitment processes and helping build a strong workforce aligned with our company goals.
