HR Manager

RixDigi Private Limited, a rapidly growing AI Development & Automation Solutions Company, is seeking a skilled and people-driven HR Manager to join our team in Karachi. About the Role
As an HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing the human resources function at RixDigi. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring our team continues to grow with the right people and thrives in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sales, developers, designers, etc.).
  • Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and oversee smooth onboarding processes.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Create and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and local labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.

Performance Management

  • Design performance review systems and provide guidance to managers.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and growth plans for employees.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Recommend and manage employee benefits and incentives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and workshops.

Strategic HR Planning

  • Work with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Provide insights on workforce planning, retention, and growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management).
  • Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in the digital marketing or IT industry.
  • Familiarity with HR software or attendance management systems.
  • Knowledge of training & development frameworks.

Job Details

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Shift: Day (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
