Proactive at work, KRA, KPI, Payroll. Excel (advanced)

Team Leader: Factory HR, HR Recruiter, HR Payroll, HR Generalist – these will be reporting to HR Manager

 KRA, KPI, Performance Management.

 Managing Team 4/5 people

 Performance / Appraisal

 Onboarding Procedure - Overlooking

 Joining formalities - Overlooking

 Induction - Overlooking

 Exit Formalities - Overlooking

 Approving Payroll – HRMS Software

 Employee Engagement & Grievances

 Expat Salary / Marketing team Salary

 Recruitment
